Clarence W. Schawk
Chairman of the Board
For more than fifty years, Clarence W. Schawk has been dedicated to creating opportunities from challenges. As the Founder and Chairman of the Board for Schawk Inc., (NYSE: SGK), Mr. Schawk's accomplishments, insight and attention to his clients' needs have been the driving force that transformed a small printing services operation into a global powerhouse that now employs thousands of people at over 60 locations.
Clarence Schawk first established the company as Schawk Litho Plate in 1953, with a dedication to quality and customer service. Through the decades, Mr. Schawk grew the company by developing a reputation for producing quality products and for providing outstanding customer service. His passion for creating opportunities for his company and his dedicated employees remained paramount as printing technology dramatically evolved.
In 1965, Mr. Schawk set in motion an aggressive acquisition strategy that allowed the company to dramatically expand its services. By the mid-1980s, after numerous mergers and acquisitions including several established midwest prepress firms, the company incorporated as Schawk, Inc. In 1995, the company began trading on the NYSE under the symbol SGK. Mr. Schawk has served as the Chairman of the Board since September 1992.
Today, Clarence Schawk continues his longstanding commitment to supporting his community, local and national charities, and he remains dedicated and passionate about the future of Schawk, Inc.

David A. Schawk
Chief Executive Officer
David A. Schawk's commitment to the company that bears his family's name began almost 30 years ago. Immersing himself in daily operations of the prepress firm his father founded in 1953, David learned the business from the ground up. In these early years he managed one of the Company's prepress divisions.
Fifteen years later, he worked his way up to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing 15 of the Company's prepress divisions. And in 1993, David was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Schawk, Inc. Under David's leadership, Schawk has grown from a conventional U.S.-based prepress company into a $500+ million, industry-leading global provider of brand point management solutions.
David A. Schawk has served in leadership capacities on the boards of both national industry associations and global non-profit organizations. Currently, Mr. Schawk serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois.
He is an active speaker in the business community on a broad range of industry topics and is dedicated to Schawk's commitment to continuously elevate the standards of the industry.
In his early years, Mr. Schawk attended St. John's Northwestern Military Academy and is the son of the Company's founder and Chairman, Clarence W. Schawk.

Eric Ashworth
President
As President, Mr. Ashworth directs the overall strategy and implementation of business tactics with the Company's practices, brands and business units worldwide to synthesize new business activities. He also has executive oversight of the Company's brand development business, which includes Brandimage and Anthem Worldwide.
Mr. Ashworth has served as a member of Schawk Inc.'s executive leadership team since 2009, reporting to David Schawk as chief strategy officer for Schawk, Inc. Prior to this appointment, he served as chief strategy officer for Anthem Worldwide where he was the driving force behind the strategic growth and development of Anthem's business. In this position he led large-scale branding initiatives for major consumer products companies and retailers around the world.
Before joining Schawk, Inc., Mr. Ashworth was founding partner and president of BlueMint Associates, a branding and design agency acquired by Schawk in 2003. Earlier in his career, he served as chief marketing officer for Fitch Worldwide as well as in brand leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive, The Clorox Company and Levi Strauss & Co.
Mr. Ashworth holds a BS from San Francisco State University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. He has served as a guest lecturer on brand strategy at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and is a sought-after speaker at popular branding and design conferences.

A. Alex Sarkisian, Esq
Senior Executive Vice President of Client Development
A. Alex Sarkisian, Esq., was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of Client Development in July 2012. Prior to this position, Mr. Sarkisian held the position of Chief Operating Officer since March 2004 and was appointed Executive Vice President in 1994. Mr. Sarkisian has served on the Company’s Board of Directors and as Corporate Secretary since September 1992. Mr. Sarkisian was the Executive Vice President and Secretary of Old Schawk from 1988 and 1986, respectively, until the Merger. Mr. Sarkisian also served as a Director of Old Schawk until the Merger. He is a member of the Executive and 401(k) Administration Committees.

Timothy J. Cunningham
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cunningham’s 30-year career includes positions serving as the Chief Financial Officer for three public companies, with industry experience in food, consumer products, packaging, electronics, software and consulting services. Most recently, Tim was a partner with Tatum LLC, an executive services and consulting firm. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Pregis Corporation, a $1 billion global packaging business.
A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society, Tim has a Master of Business Management from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Brad Wills
Executive VP, International, Asia Pacific
A 25-year veteran of the graphic communications industry, Brad Wills is responsible for leading Schawk, Inc.’s business in the fast moving Asia Pacific region. Based in Asia for more than a decade, Brad has successfully integrated a diverse panoply of cultures, philosophies and languages to create a tightly knit Asia Pacific powerhouse for Schawk, Inc.
Today Brad leads a regional community of brand development experts that includes world-class talent at internationally-recognized design agency, Brandimage; award-winning agency, Anthem Worldwide and brand deployment experts at industry-leading Schawk.
Before he stepped into this role, Brad was instrumental in spearheading the integration of the Schawk, Inc.’s Asian, European and Latin American capabilities into Schawk's global offering/local implementation model, which today is widely recognized as the leading model for brand deployment activities worldwide.
Prior to his tenure at Schawk, Inc., Brad served in leadership roles at Wace Worldwide and Seven Worldwide, overseeing operations, service and sales.
Brad earned a B.A. in Graphic Communications from Illinois State University.

Carol G. Campagnolo
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Schawk globally, Carol is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities including HR strategy and planning, global talent initiatives, leadership development and employee engagement.
Campagnolo has built a strong reputation for human resources excellence over the past 19 years. She has helped global organizations create talent-focused practices and programs that benefit employees, clients and stakeholders. Campagnolo has a proven ability to lead, develop and execute initiatives that focus on performance through employee engagement.
Campagnolo comes to Schawk from AON Consulting Worldwide, where she served as vice president of global human resources. While there, she played a leading role in the development and execution of AON’s global talent management platform, helping build culture around the employee and client experience. Prior to this, Campagnolo was vice president of recruiting, learning, development and diversity at AON where she enhanced the applicant, candidate and new hire experience and led the creation of the firm’s early career program and leadership curriculum.
Campagnolo holds a graduate degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a B.S. in Public Administration from Indiana University.
