Schawk Appoints Vince Schaller to North American Management Team

Schawk, Inc. (NYSE: SGK), a leading provider of brand point management
services enabling companies of all sizes to connect their brands with
consumers to create deeper brand affinity, announced today that it has
appointed Vince Schaller to its North American management team. Schaller
assumes the post of managing director of the Company’s Los Angeles office.
The Company’s North American team includes offices in 22 cities in
the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Mr. Schaller reports directly to Joseph
Kohler, group managing director of Schawk’s premedia operations.

Schaller’s background includes more than 25 years experience within
the printing sector where he served in executive business management
and sales positions. Vince Schaller joins Schawk from Uniflex Holdings,
a leader in flexible packaging products, where he served as president.
Prior to joining Uniflex, Mr. Schaller served at Cenveo, a leader in
the management and distribution of print and related product offerings,
for eight years where he was senior vice president of sales, western
region.
