The quick story. Schawk revolutionized the outdoor living product portfolio and presentation for a major home improvement chain, doubling revenues for the segment and generating strong sales beyond the important spring season. The project leveraged the full capacity of Schawk’s delivery of brand point management, including product portfolio optimization, product sourcing, in-store visual identity and design of a range of materials over multiple media, plus photography and premedia. Some of this was handled globally to maximize speed-to-market and leverage sourcing advantages.
