This resource can be an addition to an existing support team or can be the primary support contact for BLUE graphics workflow software users. He/she becomes an expert in how an organization is using BLUE, and users have immediate access to a local support resource who can not only provide trouble-shooting expertise but can also manage graphics and digital asset library content, assist in graphics workflow management, provide training to new users and refresher courses to existing users and also act as an interface between end users and the SDS support team.
