Support and Training
Schawk Digital Solutions brings the same expertise and commitment to support and training as we do to the design and implementation of all of our digital asset management and graphics workflow software products. After the initial training and deployment is completed, a client continues to have training requirements on an on-going basis as new hires join the organization and people move to new positions. In addition to on-line help guides, we can provide on-going training services to help supplement the client's internal support team if required. As with our pre-deployment training, we can provide classroom training, one-on-one live training or training over the web.
For technical support following deployment our Service Level Agreement takes affect, which clearly indicates response times, severity classifications, incident response process and other support related detail. All support calls and emails are logged electronically and reports can be produced to show audit history of individual issues together with their resolution history. With support staff located in Chicago, London and Singapore we provide a “follow-the-sun” support model to ensure timely responses to issues.
In addition to training and technical support for our digital asset management and workflow software products, we are also available to provide guidance and expertise if a client's organization decides to expand the use of the solution. This could include adding new workflows, expanding the scope of workflows or expanding to a new market, business unit or region. If a client is unsure how to proceed we are always available to assist.
Online Proofing Client Application Installers
It is necessary for clients to install the client application on their computer to proof files in BLUE or PaRTS. Download the correct installer for your version and platform. Launch the installer and follow the installation instructions.
